Abstract
The plan outlines training topics and dates for grantees and USAID partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The training topics include Legal and Organizational Structures, Administration and Human Resources, Project Performance Management, Financial Management, and Strategic Planning. The training plan for grantees in FY2018 includes five trainings, each lasting three days. The trainings are scheduled to take place in various months, with consideration given to state and religious holidays, as well as summer vacations. The trainings are intended for organizations with signed grant agreements within the Marginalised Populations Support Activity in BiH (PPMG) program. Free places will be filled by participants from USAID partner organizations or those proposed by PPMG to USAID COR. The training plan for USAID partners in FY2018 also includes five trainings, each lasting three days. The trainings are scheduled to take place in various months, with the goal of enhancing the performance and management capacity of current USAID local partners and community leaders. The selection of training participants will be a collaborative effort between USAID and the Contractor. The trainings will cover a wide territory in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a focus on building the performance of at least 15 current USAID local partners. The training schedule for grantees and USAID partners is as follows: - Legal and Organizational Structures: February 20-22, 2018 (grantees), October 17-19, 2018 (USAID partners) - Administration and Human Resources: April 24-26, 2018 (grantees), July 4-6, 2018 (USAID partners) - Project Performance Management: March 13-15, 2018 (grantees), November 14-16, 2018 (USAID partners) - Financial Management: April 3-5, 2018 (grantees), July 2-4, 2018 (USAID partners) - Strategic Planning: May 11-13, 2018 (grantees), December 12-14, 2018 (USAID partners) The Contractor will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of training programs, with the goal of enhancing the performance and management capacity of grantees and USAID partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
