Abstract
Project Objective 1 focuses on training, which is delivered through multiple tracks tailored to specific participant groups. The training tracks are led by experienced professionals with expertise in their respective areas. The first track is designed for ASPIRE staff, providing an orientation to the organization and its structure. This training is led by Michael Eschleman and Alix van Zandt, who aim to familiarize new staff members with the organization's culture and policies. The second track is specifically for new ASPIRE staff at the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG), offering UVG-specific orientation and training. Alix van Zandt leads this track, which includes learning exchanges and other training activities. The third track is designed for general UVG faculty, focusing on inclusive curriculum development and participatory design.
