The behavioral aspect of autoestima is reflected in an individual's actions and decisions. It involves the intention and decision to engage in behaviors that are consistent with one's values and goals. For individuals who identify as gay, bisexual, or transgender, societal expectations and cultural norms can play a significant role in shaping their autoestima.
