Abstract
The project requires the use of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) cables, including ACSR, DIN70/12, ACSR, DIN95/15, and ACSR, DIN120/20. The cables will be used for the 20-kV OHL system, with a total length of 95 meters. The project also involves the installation of pre-stressed steel, concrete poles, with overall lengths ranging from 10 to 15 meters. The poles will be used for the 20-kV OHL system, with a total quantity of 95 units. The poles will be equipped with compression splices, suspension (tangent) poles, and tension (angle) poles. The project requires the use of various hardware components, including suspension (tangent) cross arm assemblies, tension (angle) double cross arm assemblies, porcelain suspension insulators, and tension insulator clamps. The hardware components will be used to support the 20-kV OHL system, with a total quantity of 18 units. The project also involves the installation of secondary transformers, with ratings ranging from 25 to 1,000 kVA. The transformers will be used to step down the voltage from 20 kV to 400 V, with a total quantity of 1 unit. The project requires the use of various materials, including gravel, masonry stone, and cement. The materials will be used for the construction of the 20-kV OHL system, with a total quantity of 46 cubic meters of gravel, 92 cubic meters of masonry stone, and 6,900 kilograms of cement. The project also involves the installation of service laterals and SE disconnects, with a total quantity of 100 units. The service laterals will be used to connect the 20-kV OHL system to the distribution panel board, with a total length of 2,000 meters. The project requires the use of various hardware components, including guy wires, guying cone anchors, and guying anchor rods. The hardware components will be used to support the 20-kV OHL system, with a total quantity of 276 meters of guy wire, 23 units of guying cone anchors, and 23 units of guying anchor rods. The total quantity of materials required for the project is not specified, but the project requires a total of 8/8 units of materials. The project also requires a total of 101 units of service disconnects, with a total quantity of 202 meters of soft-drawn stranded CU wire.
