In cooperation with U.S. and local businesses and business-oriented associations, HAMCHAM will assess potential resources (including those afforded by the Caribbean Basin Initiative) and will develop a 2-year implementation plan for a program to include promotional facilities, seminars, trade missions, information and communication services, and staff training. The plan will include options for implementing the program with and without A.I.D. funding.
