Abstract
The manual is intended to provide detailed instructions for users on how to navigate and utilize the CIS application. The CIS application is designed to manage customer information for the power distribution program in Pakistan. The application is used to capture and update customer data, including general consumer information, MDI consumer information, and company/WAPDA employee information. The application also allows users to perform various tasks, such as data entry, updating, and posting of customer information. The manual is divided into 10 sections, each covering a specific aspect of the CIS application. Section 1, Introduction, provides an overview of the CIS application and its purpose. Section 2, General Consumer Addition, explains the process of adding general consumer information to the application, including data entry, updating, and posting.
