Additionally, the department has a team of editors, producers, and reporters who are responsible for creating content for the Pamir weekly and other publications. The department also employs a range of support staff, including Pashto and Dari editors, anchors, and technicians. The Publication Department is required to report directly to the Kabul Mayor, as per the Media Law of Afghanistan. The department is also responsible for cooperating with citizens and fulfilling its media obligations.
