Financial management and training project

The project will provide a combination of TA, training, and commodities, most of which will be used to strengthen the auditing and accounting functions of the Controle General d"Etat (CGE). Specifically, TA will be used to design reliable financial systems for the CGE and GRM as a whole; some 1,500 persons (including 60 public sector Controleurs d"Etat) from both the public and private sectors will be trained in internal control systems, audit practices, and financial and administrative management, and vehicles, computers, and office supplies will be provided to the GRM.
