Abstract
The project's goal is to strengthen the capacity of these organizations by providing them with tools and formats to facilitate the preparation and presentation of proposals. The guide is designed to be a useful tool for all members of an organization participating in the management or implementation of a project under the donation program of PROJUSTICIA. The guide is composed of four basic chapters: Process General of Donation, Chapter 1: Preparation and Presentation of Proposals, Chapter 2: Pre-Adjudication and Adjudication, and Chapter 3: Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project. Chapter 1: Preparation and Presentation of Proposals outlines the steps and tools that an organization must consider when preparing a technical and financial proposal for a project. The chapter includes a series of formats and concepts that can be used to facilitate the preparation of proposals and reports on the execution of the project. The guide provides a general overview of the process that organizations follow when applying to the donation program of PROJUSTICIA. The process includes several stages, such as the submission of a letter of intention, the receipt of a term of reference and a guide for the preparation of a technical and financial proposal, and the submission of a proposal. The guide also includes a format for a letter of intention, which is a non-binding agreement that expresses the organization's interest in participating in the donation program. The letter must be submitted in paper with the organization's letterhead and sent via email to the Grants Manager of PROJUSTICIA. In addition, the guide provides information on the importance of a basic training in the donation program, which is designed to familiarize organizations with the process of donations, the understanding and use of the guide, and the provision of tools and examples to refine knowledge and use of administrative norms. The guide also outlines the steps and tools that an organization must consider when preparing a technical and financial proposal for a project, including the development of a concept note, the identification of the components that the proposal must contain, and the use of basic tools and formats. The guide is a useful tool for organizations of the civil society that are interested in participating in the donation program of PROJUSTICIA. It provides a general overview of the process and the steps that organizations must follow to prepare and present a proposal, as well as the tools and formats that can be used to facilitate the preparation of proposals and reports on the execution of the project.
