Abstract
The Data Management Platform Workstream aims to manage, maintain, and improve the data management system, including managing and maintaining the data management system, improving data ingestion, and improving data extraction via the REST API. The Data Management Platform Workstream is divided into four activities: managing and maintaining the data management system, improving the data management system, maintaining and supporting key data domains for FEWS NET team members, and ensuring compliance with USAID regulations and standards. The workstream involves several sub-activities, including managing and maintaining the data ownership, permissions, and data sharing policy, managing and maintaining the USAID-sponsored data-sharing/data collaboration strategy and protocols, and supporting the SA&A process as directed by USAID. The Web Platform Workstream focuses on managing, maintaining, and improving the FEWS NET Web Platform, including system security and integrity enhancements, coordinating platform support across teams, and managing ad hoc and special requests through the helpdesk. The workstream involves several sub-activities, including monitoring and prioritizing Drupal security updates, monitoring and prioritizing module updates, and maintaining a backlog of system improvements. The Knowledge and Learning Workstream aims to manage, maintain, and improve K&L applications, including facilitating the use of GSuite across the project and populating the FEWS NET Exchange intranet with agreed-upon content and using it for agreed-upon purposes. The workstream involves several sub-activities, including facilitating kickoff meetings and scoping with teams, conducting interviews, and creating change management and training plans. The work plan outlines the tasks and deliverables for each workstream, including the completion of Jira tickets, the production of reports and documentation, and the participation in regular discussions and meetings. The work plan also outlines the performance and M&E indicators for each workstream, including the provision of uptime and monthly key indicator reports. The Hub Y2 Work Plan is a comprehensive document that outlines the objectives, tasks, and deliverables for the Data Management Platform, Web Platform, and Knowledge and Learning Workstreams. The work plan provides a clear roadmap for the project team to manage, maintain, and improve the data management system, Web Platform, and K&L applications, and to ensure compliance with USAID regulations and standards. The work plan is divided into four workstreams, each with its own set of activities and sub-activities. The Data Management Platform Workstream is responsible for managing and maintaining the data management system, improving data ingestion, and ensuring compliance with USAID regulations and standards.
