Abstract
The report highlights the progress made in various activities aimed at improving learning outcomes in the Asia region. The ILOA initiative is a five-year program, spanning from September 29, 2022, to September 28, 2027, with a contract number of 47QRAD21DU101 and an order number of 7200AA22N00008. The program is managed by RTI International, with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as the primary funder. The report is divided into several sections, including an introduction, an overview of implementation progress, core-funded activities, mission buy-in activities, and ILOA project management support. The ILOA project management support section highlights the progress made in operational activities, USAID meetings and communication, reports and deliverables, and monitoring and evaluation updates.
