Abstract
The document is divided into 11 sections, each focusing on a different municipality. The specific objectives of the consultancy are to analyze the current situation in each municipality, identify the main challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement. The methodology used in this document includes a design for the evaluation, which involved collecting data on crime rates, perception of security, and other relevant factors. The design also included a statistical analysis and a sample distribution. The data was collected from various sources, including the National Civil Police (PNC) and community surveys. The results of the evaluation are presented in 11 sections, each focusing on a different municipality. The sections include information on the municipality's profile, crime rates, perception of security, and factors associated with values, identity, capacity building, and employment opportunities. The municipalities included in this document are Acajutla, Cojutepeque, Conchagua, Ilobasco, La Unión, Nejapa, Panchimalco, Quezaltepeque, San Antonio del Monte, San Vicente, and Soyapango. Each municipality has its unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities, and the data presented in this document provides a valuable resource for understanding these differences.
