Kionzo potable water project

Final PES, consisting of a facesheet only, covers the period 1/83-4/85 and is based on an attached special evaluation (XD-AAR-254-A). The project suffered several setbacks due to a series of unfortunate and unavoidable incidents, not to any neglect. Because of these incidents, the water distribution system was not properly installed and may never work efficiently. However, hydraulic rams are a simple, appropriate method of providing water to rural areas with minimal cost and upkeep.
