Learner’s Guide to Monitoring and Evaluation Care Reform in Armenia

The guide is intended for those working within and administering the care system, as well as its stakeholders. It provides a roadmap for operation grounded in evidence-based monitoring and evaluation. The guide is the result of successful cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia and the MEASURE Evaluation project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
