Abstract
The contract aimed to support the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in its efforts to promote democracy, human rights, and governance worldwide. During Year 3, Cloudburst conducted various taskings, including the Continuous taskings: LER II CB001: Tasking Management and LER II CB002: Dissemination. The Dissemination tasking involved producing Learning Digest monthly newsletters, a video primer on democracy and economic development, and ad hoc communications deliverables for the Evidence and Learning Team. The Learning Digest newsletters provided insights into various topics, including gender-based violence, disability-inclusive governance, minority rights, women's political participation, and public opinion surveys. These newsletters aimed to share reflections on the results of analyses with multiple audiences, including donors, practitioners, and fellow researchers. Cloudburst also produced or supported the development of numerous other research products, including performance evaluations, assessments, impact evaluations, primers, guides, and case studies. These products were designed to bridge research and practice and provide evidence-based recommendations for USAID and its partners. In addition to the Dissemination tasking, Cloudburst conducted other taskings, including LER II CB006: Electoral Assessment Framework, LER II CB007: Sustainable Landscapes (SL)/DRG Integration, and LER II CB014: Ukraine New Justice Midterm Performance Evaluation. These taskings involved conducting assessments, evaluations, and research studies to provide insights into various aspects of democracy, human rights, and governance.
