Abstract
The project is a collaborative effort between CDM International Inc. and National Development Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. and UNICON Consulting Services (Pvt.) Ltd. The project's purpose is to provide Architect-Engineer Independent Quality Assurance and Milestone Certification Services for the FATA Infrastructure Program (FIP) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Reconstruction Program (KPRP). The project's scope includes providing quality assurance and certification services for various infrastructure projects, including buildings, roads, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) sectors. The project organization consists of a team of experts from CDM International Inc. and its partners, who are responsible for providing quality assurance and certification services for the FIP and KPRP projects. The project staff includes a project manager, quality assurance specialists, and other technical experts. As of January 2021, the project has made significant progress in various areas. In the KPRP sector, the project has achieved 100% completion of milestones, with no outstanding issues or recommendations.
