Abstract
Its strengths are in its operational simplicity, relatively modest hardware requirements, and speed. Once the linear programming problem is properly coded, using MUSAH simply requires invoking the program at the DOS level and supplying names for the input and output worksheets. Three linear programming problems are provided as examples. MUSAH, along with other APAP (Agricultural Policy Analysis Project) microcomputer tools, is available from S&T/AGR on a loan basis.
