Evaluation covers the period 11/72-9/79 and consists of a PES facesheet attached to a PES facesheet of a complementary livestock development project and to a special evaluation of both projects (XD-AAJ-282-B). The special evaluation is considered the final end-of-project evaluation for both projects. Conclusions presented are for future guidance rather than to recommend changes in either of the two projects.
