Abstract
The community development plan, titled "Comunidades Liderando su Desarrollo," was initiated in November 2018 with the support of the American People through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The plan was developed by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and its partners, including Mercy Corps, ADIPO, Pastoral Social Cáritas San Marcos, and Pastoral Social Cáritas Arquidiócesis Los Altos.
