Project to help LDC"s strengthen joint government-PVO development program planning and improve their general management capacity.

Abstract

Planning Assistance (PA), a U.S. PVO, will provide TA and training in a total of 12 LDC"s, focusing during the first year on the areas of family planning and nutrition, and possibly expanding into other areas during years 2 and 3. PA will augment its professional staff to institutionalize its ability to provide planning TA to LDC governments and PVO"s.
