Population and family planning cooperative agreement

PES, focusing on activities by private sector subgrantees, covers the period 11/81-11/82 and is based on an attached special evaluation (XD-AAN-805-A). Attachment #l to the special evaluation is a self-explanatory document, which reports project status after the first year of operation of the population/family planning program, of three private Ecuadorean organizations providing services and executing promotional programs in Ecuador. Attachment #2 presents the Mission"s attitude and determinations on which of the recommendations should be followed. Program achievements are within the context of the implementation plan. No major actions are to be taken.
