Portaria Nº 517, DE 24 DE MAIO DE 2018

The RPPN Iracema is located in the municipality of Cocalzinho de Goiás, Goiás state, Brazil, and covers an area of 371.63 hectares. The RPPN is situated on the Fazenda Santo Antonio do Rasgão, a property registered under the INCRA code 931.047.008.168-8. The RPPN Iracema is bounded by the following properties: Fazenda Santa Helena, Fazenda Joana da Rocha, Fazenda Salto do Corumba, and Gleba Remanescente da Fazenda Santo Antonio do Rasgão. The boundaries of the RPPN were materialized and its vertices were georeferenced using a GPS system. The RPPN Iracema will be administered by the proprietor, Gema Therezinha Rodrigues. The proprietor is responsible for complying with the requirements of the Lei nº 9.985, de 18 de julho de 2000, and the Decreto nº 5.746, de 05 de abril de 2006. Any conduct or activity that is detrimental to the RPPN Iracema will be subject to the sanctions provided for in the Lei nº 9.605, de 12 de fevereiro de 1998, and the Decreto nº 6.514, de 22 de julho de 2008. On the same day, May 24, 2018, two other portarias were published: Portaria Nº 523, which approves the Manual de Sinalização de Trilhas para Unidades de Conservação Federais, and Portaria Nº 530, which approves the Plano de Manejo da Reserva Biológica do Abufari. Additionally, on May 25, 2018, Portaria Nº 5.572 was published, which authorizes the use of the superavit financeiro apurado no balanço patrimonial do exercício de 2017 to finance the ação "Desenvolvimento de Assentamentos Rurais" and "Obtenção de Imóveis Rurais para Criação de Assentamentos da Reforma Agrária" in the INCRA.
