Project to train senior officials of the Sudanese Petroleum General Administration.

Abstract

The training will include the following subjects: (1) management development and organizational structure including general procurement problems; (2) operations management including management of production, inventory, distribution, construction, maintenance, and quality control; (3) financial management, human resources development, and management sciences; (4) personnel management; and (5) energy rationalization, interfuels competition, identification of alternative energy sources, and conservation techniques.
