Abstract
The system was installed and tested, and the team worked with the supplier to ensure it met performance and quality standards. The implementation of the system involved several activities, including the creation of a presentation and offer of prices, as well as visits to the supplier's office in Cluj-Napoca and a similar studio in Budapest. The team also participated in presentations and promotions, including the Go ecomm program and the Moldovan Brands Runway event. The system was implemented in a real-world environment, and the team worked closely with clients to ensure it met their expectations and requirements. The first orders were received from local brands, including Jullia Allert, Smart.md, Pandashop.md, Relaxa Aromaterapie S.R.L., and Bray's Decoration. The team monitored and evaluated the system's performance, collecting feedback from users and clients. Evaluations were conducted regularly to identify potential improvements and ensure the system remained at a high level of efficiency and quality. Despite achieving most of the initial objectives, some differences were noted between the planned and actual activities and results. The team found that using "Ghostmanequin" mannequins was not sufficient for creating 3D photos for clothing, and they had to establish a corresponding price for the effort involved. The team also found that the Moldovan market was not prepared to support the offered prices, even the lowest one of 2-3 euros per photo.
