Regional technical support project

The project will provide long- and short-term TA and related commodity support to Cambodia, Mongolia, Thailand, as well as support for activities in other East Asian countries as opportunities arise. Most activities will be implemented by a single U.S. contractor. Project activities may include the following: creation of country development strategies; analytical and feasibility studies related to the environment, human resource development, HIV/AIDs, democracy, economic policy planning, and private sector activities; and program and project design. Approaches to TA delivery will be various and may range from assessment studies in HIV/AIDs to the provision of economic policy advisors to a Ministry of Finance.
