Abstract
Despite the shorter duration of the report period, there is a noticeable improvement in all aspects, including visits, users, pages viewed, average visit duration, and bounce rate. This trend is attributed to the increased content on the site and improved search engine positioning. The total number of visits to the site since the diploma program began on June 20 was over 1,250, with 695 unique users. The site had more than 4,000 pages viewed, with an average visit duration of 3:58 minutes. The data also shows that 55.5% of users were recurrent visitors. The geographic origin of the visits is predominantly from Mexico, but there are also visits from other countries in Iberoamerica. The site's content is accessed from various regions, including the Distrito Federal, Estado de México, Guerrero, Jalisco, Veracruz, and others. The top 10 cities with the highest number of visits are Cuernavaca, Cuautla, Ciudad de México, Jiutepec, and Tepoztlán. The top 10 contents with the highest number of visits include the site's homepage, session pages, and didactic resources. The site's traffic generated from social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter, is also analyzed. A total of 566 contents were shared on social media, with 40 mentions on Twitter and 526 publications on Facebook, news, and blog articles. The Facebook community has 726 fans, with 272,847 impressions in the period from June 20 to October 23. The community is composed of 56% men and 44% women, with the top cities being Cuernavaca, Cuautla, Ciudad de México, Jiutepec, and Tepoztlán. The data also shows that the contents shared by the users were mostly from the diploma program, with a higher number of shares on Fridays. Women shared more contents than men, and the activities were mostly registered within the country, with some cases in the United States, Spain, Colombia, and Russia. The viral impressions generated were approximately 48,200, resulting from users sharing the contents with their family and friends, expanding the reach of the contents beyond the diploma program's community.
