The training topics included the main objectives, functions, and possibilities of the ICMS, as well as user instructions, case registration, management, and archiving. The training also covered listing and editing the circuit of summons, calendar of activities, administration of the ICMS, settings, and statistical reports. A total of 65 court staff members from various courts participated in the training. The training agenda listed the courts and the number of trainees for each day, with a total of 65 participants. The training beneficiaries were from various courts, including the Bălţi Court of Appeal, Bender Court of Appeal, and other district courts. The evaluation results were assessed using an assessment tool, the Evaluation Form. The processed results showed that the trainees generally agreed that the training course had clear objectives, improved their knowledge of ICMS, and increased their self-confidence in using ICMS in their job. The trainees also agreed that the trainer showed knowledge of the program, presented accurate material, and used effective teaching time. The teaching materials were also evaluated, with the trainees agreeing that they contributed significantly to the training process, were clear and easy to understand, and were sufficient to cover the topics. The trainees also agreed that the trainer involved them in the learning process and answered their questions effectively. The training activities were conducted in an interactive manner, with the trainer using simulated cases to teach the ICMS. The training focused on developing the skills of court secretaries in using the ICMS, with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of court operations. The evaluation results showed that the training was successful in achieving its objectives, with the trainees demonstrating a high level of satisfaction with the training course and the trainer.
