Abstract
AID-117-C-12-00002 by Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. conducted training activities for courts' secretaries in September 2012. The training focused on the Court Audio Recording System SRS "FEMIDA." The goal of the training was to develop the abilities and skills of the court secretaries in using the Court Audio Recording System SRS "FEMIDA." The training covered various topics, including the structure of the SRS Femida system, recording of the entire hearing session in the court with the creation of minutes in real time, sequence of actions for the continuation of the actual process recording, and maintenance of the system. The training was conducted at the National Institute of Justice training room, and interactive methods were used to teach the classes. Audio recording equipment was used during the training to give trainees hands-on experience in using the equipment. A total of 40 trainees from various courts participated in the training, including Anenii Noi District Court, Balţi Court of Appeal, Balţi District Court, and others. The training was conducted over three days, from September 25 to 27, 2012. The trainees used the equipment to record simulated court hearings during the classes. The training activities were assessed using an assessment tool, the Evaluation Form. The results of the evaluation showed that the trainees had a high level of satisfaction with the training course. The majority of the trainees agreed that the training course had clear objectives, improved their knowledge of SRS Femida, and increased their self-confidence in using SRS Femida in their job. The trainees also praised the trainer, stating that they showed knowledge of the system, presented accurate material, and involved them in the learning process. The teaching materials were also evaluated, and the majority of the trainees agreed that they contributed significantly to the training process, were clear and easy to understand, and were sufficient and covered the topics. The trainees also praised the teaching methods, stating that they were interactive and effective. The training activities were a success, and the trainees demonstrated a high level of satisfaction with the training course. The evaluation results showed that the trainees had a high level of understanding of the Court Audio Recording System SRS "FEMIDA" and were confident in their ability to use the system in their job.
