Abstract
This policy aims to protect the security of the network, ensure data integrity, and safeguard computer systems. All employees of the Kabul Municipality, including those from directorates and district offices, are subject to this policy. The policy requires all employees with access to Kabul Municipality computer systems to use passwords to secure their accounts. The Kabul Municipality will provide employees with a computer, which will have an account with two types: Admin and User. The Admin account will be locked by the KM IT department, and no user will have access to it. Employees will be granted access to the User account, and they must set a password for their account. The password policy is designed to ensure the security and integrity of the network and computer systems. Employees are required to adhere to this policy to prevent unauthorized access and unauthorized access to sensitive information.
