2018 · 1 pages

Abstract
The assessment aimed to identify areas for improvement in productivity and effectiveness. A highly experienced team from Development Transformations (DT) conducted the assessment, specializing in Business Process Mapping (BPR). The team's primary objective was to map out current business processes and provide recommendations to optimize Mission performance. The BPR project began in October 2017 with remote conference call interviews of nine senior managers. These interviews gathered background information on the Mission's needs, current procedural challenges, and expectations for the project. The Mission also collected and shared its Mission Orders, process documents, templates, and other materials on a Google Drive for the BPR team to review. An analysis of these materials revealed potential efficiency gains through improved document management. The assessment highlighted the importance of effective document management in streamlining business processes. The BPR team's analysis of the shared materials identified areas where improved document management could lead to increased productivity and efficiency. This finding suggests that the Mission's current document management practices may be hindering its ability to operate effectively. The assessment's focus on Business Process Mapping and document management indicates that the Mission's productivity and effectiveness are closely tied to its ability to manage and optimize its business processes. The BPR team's recommendations, which will be delivered at the end of the period of performance, are expected to provide actionable insights for improving the Mission's performance. The assessment's findings and recommendations will be critical in informing the Mission's future operations and decision-making processes. By identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations, the BPR team's assessment will help the Mission to optimize its business processes and improve its overall productivity and effectiveness.
