Abstract
The evaluation covered the period 4/81-9/83. Key action decisions are to: (1) extend the project 1 year to 6/30/85; (2) procure two Suzuki pickups for site work; (3) hire a consultant to gather baseline data on current agricultural production at project locations; and (4) approve the 1983 project revision.
