DRC Programme de Bonne Gouvernance (PBG) Final Performance Evaluation Report

The report was produced by International Business and Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI) and was submitted to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in August 2014. The report evaluates the performance of the PBG project, which was implemented from 2009 to 2014, with a budget of $36.5 million. The project aimed to strengthen institutions and increase citizen demand for accountable governance in four provinces of the DRC: Bandundu, Katanga, Maniema, and Sud Kivu.
