Global Survey on National Programs for PPH and HDP Management (2022)

It is a comprehensive survey of national programs aimed at reducing maternal mortality from postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) in low- and middle-income countries. The survey was conducted in 2022 by MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership, with support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The report provides an overview of the survey's findings, including essential drug availability, national policy and guidelines updated to global management principles, medication quality and procurement policies at a national level, and more. The report aims to inform national and global program managers and policymakers in setting priorities and managing programs to reduce maternal mortality.
