Abstract
The report presents the findings of a multi-level consultation with health workers, administrators, and health system leaders in the three countries, assessing the enablers and barriers to IMCI implementation. The report highlights the strengths and successes of the IMCI program, including the comprehensive and effective IMCI protocol, decentralized service delivery, and empowered frontline providers. However, it also identifies challenges and recommendations, including stockouts and shortages of essential medicines, weak referral systems, and gaps in leadership and coordination with other ministry and partner programs. The report provides key findings and recommendations for strengthening the IMCI program in the three countries.
