Abstract
The study presents the early experiences and lessons learned from the implementation of SSNC in Indonesia, including the challenges, opportunities, and outcomes of the program. The document provides an overview of the neonatal mortality rate in Indonesia, the importance of SSNC, and the progress made so far in implementing the model. It also highlights the challenges faced, such as inadequate infrastructure, insufficient human resources, and financing gaps, as well as the learnings from the experience, including the importance of hospital mentoring, stakeholder involvement, and targeted interventions.
