Abstract
It was produced by USAID Advancing Nutrition and presents the results of formative research conducted in the Maradi and Zinder regions of Niger. The research aimed to understand the factors that support or inhibit the use of iron and vitamin A supplementation and improved dietary practices among women of reproductive age, adolescents, and children under five. The report includes an executive summary, methodology, research questions, and findings on iron and vitamin A supplementation, as well as consumption of iron- and vitamin A-rich foods.
