Abstract
It is intended for program teams and provides practical guidance on how to develop a knowledge management strategy that focuses on improving performance and quality of implementation within food security and nutrition programs. The guide covers topics such as defining a vision for knowledge management, identifying audience and stakeholders, auditing the current knowledge management situation, developing knowledge management objectives, and creating a first-phase implementation plan. It also addresses the personal knowledge management skills and competencies needed within the program team and the wider organizational context.
