Abstract

The guide is designed to empower food security implementers and the donor community to make a lasting impact on gender equity and diversity. It consists of various activities and exercises aimed at promoting social and behavioral change, including speed dating, norms and guidelines, expectations, creating safe spaces, and more. The guide also includes acknowledgments, a resource list, and handouts for facilitators.
