PVO"s to undertake development assistance in LDC"s and to increase cooperation and collaboration among PVO"s. New Transcentury Foundation will implement the project, which will focus on support to PVO"s in the areas of financial management, recruitment, personnel, project backstopping, and administration, as well as organizational development and institutional planning. Activities for each management area will have several common features, including intensive one-on-one TA provided on a fee basis by PVO and other consultants, workshops, and publications of manuals, directories, etc.
