Abstract
Such activities will culminate in the production of a comprehensive business plan to guide MatchMaker Services in its future operations. The grant will support a three-phase program. (1) A survey will be conducted to evaluate MatchMaker"s experiences to date, as well as attitudes towards the organization among buyers, sponsors, and suppliers. (2) A consultant will present survey findings to MatchMaker decisionmakers. Two workshops will be held to determine what services should be implemented by MatchMaker, and the consultant will conduct a follow-up strategy session to finalize MatchMaker"s strategic direction. (3) The consultant will then summarize the findings of workshops and strategic sessions to develop a 3-5 year strategic business plan for MatchMaker. In addition to services, the plan will cover financial and staffing needs and marketing and funding strategies.
