Abstract
Freedom House will assess the organizations" coverage and their capacity to further support democratic and electoral process in El Salvador. Three other U.S. PVO"s will be involved in the survey/assessment: the National Democratic Institute; the National Republican Institute; and the Southwest Voter Research Institute.
