Grant is provided under the Program Development and Support project (5190177) to the Corporacion Camino a la Paz (CAPAZ) to conduct three training sessions on civic-democratic education in El Salvador"s Department of Santa Ana.

Abstract
The sessions, which will last 3 months in all, will train 8 CAPAZ spokespersons and 32 CAPAZ promoters from throughout the country to encourage democratic values among the Salvadoran populace (especially the poor), and to foster popular participation in the political process.
