Abstract
The World Concern program will operate in three government hostels in the highland areas to provide 150 minority children with vocational training. The children will also receive shelter, food, clothing, and in some cases, family reunification services, while the hostels will be rehabilitated as needed. World Concern will subcontract with East Meets West Foundation to implement similar activities in Da Nang City.
