AID cooperative agreement no. EUR-0032-A-00-2017-00 with the Delphi Research Associates for the Polish self-help development program under the private voluntary organization (PVO) humanitarian/development initiatives project

Delphi will: (1) develop four training modules (with priority on organizational development and management and self-help project design and implementation) and use these in training the self-help groups; (2) train trainers; (3) sponsor a 2-week observation tour to the United States for six self-help leaders; (4) provide small grants to six local groups for pilot projects addressing the needs of the elderly, the handicapped, disadvantaged children, etc; and (5) facilitate cooperative linkages with U.S. counterpart organizations. Case studies of replicable local projects will be prepared.
