Abstract
The aim of the studies is to (1) develop improved empirical estimates of labor supplies in the four countries, and (2) improve methodologies for labor economics analysis that could be transferred to other LDC"s. ECIEL will oversee the studies, which will be conducted by prominent economic research institutes in the participating countries; it will also prepare a comparative analysis of the studies.
