Grant is provided under the Policy, Planning, and Administrative Improvement project (5150190A) to the Coalition for Development Initiatives" Private Agricultural and Agroindustrial Council (PAAC) to identify and promote export opportunities within Costa Rica"s agricultural sector and to attract local and foreign investment to the sector.

Abstract
Specifically, PAAC will conduct feasibility, market, and technical studies and will provide private sector exporters and investors with TA and training. Activities will be designed to exploit opportunities provided by the Caribbean Basin Initiative.
