BI-WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT

The team consisted of Hesca, Ryan, Lois, and other members. The meeting focused on updating the Mega Talkers, Annual Report Promotion, Flick photo album requirements, and new video production directive. Key highlights from the meeting included: * The Annual Report 2023 was cleared and approved by DC on March 2. * The 508 version was sent to PA on March 5, and French and Portuguese translations are in design. * The Annual Report 2023 Distribution - Promotion and was finalized, with the highlights sent to PA on March 18. * The SM promotion brainstorm document was created, and GP Tech is working with Hesca to update it. The team also discussed the Support for Partners Day 2024, which was a success, and the PA will provide timelines for video development discussions. The Flickr Album has been updated, and the Facilitator shared the Power Africa Partners' Day report on March 21. Other key tasks and their status include: * FY2023 Q4 Materials Update: All applicable collateral has been updated, designed, 508 tagged, and sent to PA on January 24. * Update WAEP Fact Sheet: The West Africa FS was written and sent to PA on January 24. * Procure pass to Africa Energy Indaba 2024: The pass was purchased on January 30. * Renew Agility Services for 2024: Subscription paid on February 10. * Payment for Enlit 2024 Sponsorship: 20,560.00 was paid on February 6 via Wire transfer. The team also discussed the Social Media Graphics for January, February, and March 2024, which are being designed as per PA instructions. The Social Media Graphic for 44K LinkedIn followers was designed and sent to PA on December 8. Power Africa - Communications Progress Report (continued) The team also discussed the Update Partners Brochure 2024, which was 508 tagged and sent to PA on January 24. It was agreed that in the future, PA would add the PDF version of the fact sheet to the website instead of the two maps from the brochure. * Edit "Scaling Regional Collaboration: A Milestone in Collaboration" blog: The blog was written and sent to PA on December 13. * Short Fuse Task Graphic for Empower West Africa Solicitation: The graphic was designed and sent to PA on December 12. * Adobe Creative Cloud Annual Subscription Renewal: The subscription was renewed and paid on November 20. * ESA Announcement Social Media Graphic: The graphic was designed and sent to PA on November 7. * Sponsor Sierra Leone Video: PA to provide further instructions on how to proceed with this task. * Develop Template for Highlights Report: The graphic was designed and sent to PA on October 30. The team also discussed the Graphic for RFI, which was updated and sent to PA on October 11. The Edit "Cultivating Prosperity: Transforming Ghana's Agriculture Through Energy" blog was written and returned to PA on December 11.
