BOTZAM ROAD PAVING

Evaluation, which covers the period 8/1/77-10/31/80, consists of a PES facesheet attached to a special evaulation (PD-AAG-340-C1). Facesheet notes that two recommendations from a previous evaluation have been implemented: (1) USAID approved Amendment No. 4 to the TAMS (Tippetts-Abbett-McCarthy-Stratton) contract on 12/19/80; and (2) USAID amended Loan Agreements 001 and 001A to provide $399,000 of unexpended funds on 2/1/81. The Project Assistance Completion Date will be extended to 7/31/84, and the implementation plan in the project paper will be revised.
