Abstract
Project consists of two subprojects. In subproject one, the Caribbean Community Secretariat (CARICOM) will implement programs in RE policy planning and assessments and in technical and analytical training. In subproject two, the Caribbean Development Bank will develop an energy communication and information network and will field test RE technologies. See abstracts of individual subprojects.
