Action decisions for USAID/Mali are to: (1) obtain formal agreement from the Goverment of Mali (GOM) that returned participants will be employed in a position at least as responsible as that which they left; (2) more formally pursue agreement with the GOM on the equivalence of U.S. degrees; (3) review participant training allowances; and (4) revise the English-language training program.
